Amina’s Story
Amina moved to the UK some 5years ago precisely January 2016. She could not speak any English instead she communicated with her family in her native Somalian language . Amina went to school because of her inability to communicate in English she could not integrate with her year 7 and 8 friends in school. Amina joined us some 12months ago and now she can speak good English and she is now enjoying school. Amina is grateful to the work her English tutor did with her here at Numeracy 4 All. Amina is currently working at a strong grade 5 and has made lots of friends . Amina’s English has improved a lot and she is supporting and teaching her mother and brothers how to speak basic English here in Liverpool.
